01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the z789 platform — whether via a web browser on your mobile or desktop — you are entering into a legal agreement with z789 and acknowledging that these Terms govern your use of all services. This includes the sportsbook (cricket, PSL, and other sports), live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar), slots, and all promotional features available on z789.

Your acceptance is given at the moment you tick the agreement box during registration, or at the moment you first use z789's services if registration precedes a formal tick-box. These Terms apply to all transactions, communications, and interactions between you and z789.

02 Eligibility

To register and use z789 you must satisfy all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. z789 enforces a strict minimum age policy and may request age verification documents at any point.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a z789 employee whose role involves access to operational systems.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary self-exclusion period with z789 or any related platform.

z789 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Registration

Every player must register a personal z789 account to access betting and casino features. Registration requires a valid mobile number or email address, a password, and confirmation of your date of birth. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update your details if they change.

One account per person is enforced strictly. z789 uses device fingerprinting, payment method tracking, and IP analysis to detect duplicate accounts. If a player is found to hold more than one account — whether under the same or different names — z789 reserves the right to close all related accounts and retain any balances that arose from the duplicate situation, including bonuses received.

Your z789 account credentials — particularly your password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. z789 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

z789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on z789:

• Deposits are processed in real time. z789 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider's own systems.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible — this is an anti-money-laundering control.
• z789 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is standard procedure and not a reflection on individual players.
• Funds in a z789 account that have been dormant for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee. z789 will notify you via your registered contact details before any such deduction is made.
• Chargeback requests or payment disputes made through your bank or wallet provider while a z789 withdrawal is pending may result in account suspension pending investigation.

z789 does not charge deposit fees. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider if you are unsure.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on z789 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being bet on. For cricket and PSL betting, the rules of each market are displayed at the point of placing the bet. For live casino games, the rules for each variant are accessible within the game interface itself.

• Bets accepted by z789 are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• z789 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — for example, where obviously incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault — and will refund the stake in full in such cases.
• In the event of a disputed result in any sporting event, z789 will follow the official ruling of the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches).
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed before bet placement. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at z789's discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. Any bets placed after an event has concluded (e.g., a wicket that fell before the bet was accepted) will be voided and the stake returned.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

z789 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — particularly wagering requirements — which are published alongside the offer. Players must read these specific terms before accepting any bonus on z789.

General bonus conditions that apply across all z789 promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate "bonus balance" on z789. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be transferred to your real money balance and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal is possible. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 must be wagered on eligible games.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z789 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with z789 systems in any way.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the z789 platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or unknown software error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not in the public domain.
• Using z789 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. z789 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Registering multiple accounts, operating accounts under false identities, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or disrupt z789's systems, servers, or databases.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing z789 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the z789 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data — is the intellectual property of z789 or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over z789's content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any z789 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of z789's intellectual property may result in legal action.

09 Privacy and Data

z789 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using z789, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and communicate with you about your z789 account and relevant promotions.

z789 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is technically necessary to deliver the service.

10 Responsible Gaming

z789 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools in your account settings designed to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given time period. Once the limit is reached, z789 will pause your ability to wager until the period resets.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Decisions made by players based on information available on the z789 platform, including odds, statistics, or live score data.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to bonus misuse or account security breaches caused by sharing login credentials.
• Temporary unavailability of the z789 platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency technical work.

z789's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds currently held in that player's z789 account balance.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

z789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification when requested, or protection of the platform's integrity.

When an account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining balance of real money (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method. z789 will process such balances within 10 business days of account closure.

Players may also voluntarily close their z789 account by contacting support@z789.click. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. If a player who has self-excluded or closed their account attempts to open a new account, z789 will close the new account and return any deposited funds.

13 Amendments to These Terms

z789 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made — particularly those affecting player rights around withdrawals, bonuses, or account management — z789 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

For minor changes — such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or additions that do not reduce player rights — z789 may update the Terms without prior notice, with the updated date reflected at the top of this page.

If you disagree with an amendment, you have the right to close your z789 account before the changes take effect and withdraw your balance without penalty.
